At the Connect „Herbsttreffen“ 2014 in Boeblingen, Germany, Duane P. Harris, Chief Executive Officer of VSI, and Clair Grant, Director of Research and Development of VSI, in collaboration with Ken Surplice, Category Manager HP Servers, Enterprise Group EMEA, presented the future of OpenVMS with HP and VSI. They also answered questions coming from a large audience.


Connect Germany was now successful in inviting Johan Gedda, Chairman of the Board of VSI, to the IT-Symposium 2015 in Munich. Johan Gedda will introduce the strategic position of VSI and together with Thilo Lauer, HP OpenVMS Ambassador, present the latest information about the VSI OpenVMS Release.


Well-known speakers will be Kevin Duffy, Colin Butcher, Dr. Wolfgang Koberg-Sachsse, and Gerrit Woertman. Specialists from HP, Intel, Oracle, and Red Hat will present portfolio updates for Big Data, SAP HANA, Converged Storage, Moonshot, and CloudOS.
